Dr. Jeremy Adams

Originally from Henderson, Nevada, Dr. Adams attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Adams says he chose to go into dentistry because, as a child, he had a kind neighbor who was a dentist and provided dental care to his family that they likely wouldn’t have received if they hadn’t known him. That inspired him to follow in his footsteps. Dr. Adams’ hobbies include hiking, snowboarding and basketball. He’s married to his wife, Mila Adams. They have one child, a boy named Rowe.
Dr. Irene Bevan

Dr. Irene Bevan attended the University of Central Florida where she majored in biomedical sciences with summa cum laude honors prior to dental school. She is a proud “gator dentist,” having graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry with her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree. Dr. Irene is fluent in Spanish and her top priority is to deliver optimal, compassionate and quality care for her patients. Despite having grown up in Florida, she has fallen in love with the great outdoors of Utah and enjoys hiking and camping with her family and two dogs. Her other hobbies include working on do-it-yourself projects, watching movies and playing guitar.
Dr. Jacob Brown

Dr. Brown is originally from New Mexico and graduated from Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. He chose to pursue dentistry because he discovered a love for serving people and enjoys expressing his creative side with fine motor skills needed to work on teeth. His hobbies include hiking, climbing, skiing and camping as well as woodworking and building furniture.
Dr. Andrew Chappell

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Dr. Chappell enjoys spending time in the outdoors, skiing, fishing, and hiking. He met his wife Whitney while attending undergraduate school at Brigham Young University — Idaho. After working for eight years in a sales management position, he decided to leave his job to pursue a career in dentistry. Whitney and Andrew have been married 11 years and have 1 daughter. Dr. Chappell graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2018. During his time in Louisville, Dr. Chappell was selected as an Outreach Scholar for providing free dental care to low-income families in rural communities. His passion for helping people understand the value of their smile and love for dentistry has become an underlying drive for him in his patient care.

Dr. Jason Gordon is a Utah native who enjoys all that Utah has to offer: snowboarding in the winter, a motorcycle ride up a canyon and time at the lake in the summer, especially with his wife and two kids. After attending the University of Utah for his undergraduate degree, Dr. Jason went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Jason is fluent in Spanish and passionate about helping patients achieve the best treatment outcome possible.
Dr. Jeff Holyoak

Dr. Jeff Holyoak is a proud Utah native, who spent his childhood in Orem playing baseball and his college years at Brigham Young University. After graduating, Dr. Jeff decided to pursue his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. When Dr. Jeff is not practicing dentistry, he is actively pursuing some of his other passions such as golfing, skiing and gardening — his favorite plant is the jade plant. Who knew? Dr. Jeff has been happily married for 11 years and has three young sons.
Dr. Kent is a Sandy, Utah, native. He chose to go into dentistry because his younger brother had an underbite develop in his teenage years. He saw him experience a massive change in his life after going through corrective surgery, both in the way he felt about himself and the way others treated him. Dr. Kent says he knew then that he wanted to be involved in dentistry and the incredible power it has to change lives for the better. He has a wife, three kids, three dogs and three cats!

Dr. Angela Zagorec Kerr received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Utah. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry, where she graduated cum laude in 2011. While Dr. Angela loves to serve her community in all areas of dentistry, she puts emphasis on dental implants and has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses specific to implant dentistry. She was born in Utah and is a member of the Utah Dental Association as well as the American Dental Association. She enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Jenny McMurtrey

Dr. Jenny McMurtrey is originally from Utah Valley, and grew up in Provo. She received her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and then earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. She went on to complete a residency program at Bolling Air Force Base. Dr. Jenny served for five years as a dentist and officer on active duty with the Air Force. Dr. Jenny was inspired to become a dentist by her own dentist growing up as well as her brother who became an orthodontist. Dr. Jenny loves being able to positively influence the health of her patients as well as channel her artistic talents when carefully restoring her patients’ smiles. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and son, hiking, reading, playing the piano, running and reading. Dr. Jenny is excited to be serving the needs of patients in Utah Valley!

Dr. Nielsen graduated in 1997 from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Nielsen has been married since 1996 and enjoys spending time with his four kids and keeping up with their busy schedule of activities. His hobbies include hiking and camping. Dr. Nielsen is an avid runner — he has completed several local marathons and even ran in the Boston Marathon!

Dr. Jeff Plicka graduated from Brigham Young University where he studied biology before earning his dental degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Plicka offers a wide variety of dental services, including sleep apnea treatment and clear aligner therapy. Dr. Plicka was inspired to become a dentist by his grandfather who was also a dentist. His favorite thing about dentistry is building friendships with his patients. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Plicka enjoys snowboarding, camping, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
Dr. Eric Tobler

Dr. Eric Tobler has been practicing dentistry at Stonehaven Dental since 2007. He has an anesthesia class III permit that allows for IV sedation. Dr. Eric is also certified in advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, Academy of LDS Dentists and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. After serving an LDS mission in Indiana, Dr. Eric completed his undergraduate degree at Utah State University before earning his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine. He has worked in the Dominican Republic and Haiti to provide medical and dental care. Dr. Eric enjoys skiing and mixed martial arts. He and wife, Ashley, love living in Utah.

Dr. Nathan Tobler has been with Stonehaven Dental since 2008. Dr. Nate is a member of the American Orthodontic Society and Six Months Smiles. He completed his undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University after serving an LDS mission in New Jersey. Before earning his dental degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, he worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Bret Tobler. He loves adventure and has travelled to the Dominican Republic and Haiti to provide medical and dental care, but his favorite place is Lake Powell. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
Originally from San Diego, Dr. Trivedi loves being in Utah and all the wonderful outdoor adventures it brings. His hobbies include skiing, swimming, climbing, hiking, longboarding and playing video games.
Dr. Adam Van Orden

Originally from Idaho, Dr. Van Orden attended Roseman University College of Dental Medicine. He chose to go into dentistry to help people find confidence in their smiles. His interests include golf, computers and 3D printing. Dr. Van Orden is married and has two children.

Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Hazel L. Williamson attended the University of New Haven where she received her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Her parents strove to provide their family with a better life and encouraged their daughter to pursue advanced education. Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Williamson worked as a hygienist at a community health center where she took care of underserved patients. She went on to receive her master’s degree in biomedical science at Rutgers University before attending Roseman University College of Dental Medicine for her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. Upon graduating, Dr. Williamson received many awards, including the American Dental Education Association’s Dr. Jeanne Craig Sinkford Leadership Award, International College of Dentists Humanitarian Award, and the Distinguished Community Service Award.
Dr. Williamson loves the satisfaction of providing beautiful, healthy smiles for her patients and has a passion for helping those in need. She is married and enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking, doing yoga and spending time at the beach.
