Our Spanish Fork, UT dental office is led by two doctors and a hard-working team that loves taking care of patients and making them feel comfortable and cared for. We are located off U. S. 6, on N 920 E, near VASA Fitness. In addition to Spanish-speaking team members, we offer cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners, dental implants, sedation and orthodontics.

New patients can now schedule online! Schedule a new patient exam, routine cleaning or emergency appointment through our online scheduling portal or by calling the practice directly. If you have a dental emergency and do not see an appointment available when you need it, please call (801) 794-3567 to speak with a team member. We are pleased to accept multiple insurance plans at our practice, including Medicaid. Please note that any patient portion of payment is due at the time of service.

I went in last week with a toothache, and although I needed to be referred out to a specialist, Dr. Holyoak and his staff made sure I was comfortable and went out of their way to find someone to see me ASAP. For that, I am extremely grateful. I ended up having a nasty infection.
